Standard Liege defender Eliaquim Mangala says Chelsea and Manchester City target Romelu Lukaku just isn't that good.
The Anderlecht sensation is regarded the best young talent in Europe.
But Mangala, who himself has attracted interest from Manchester United and Arsenal, said: "Is he the best striker I have faced? No.
"I remember a more difficult match against a Ukrainian striker. I've forgotten his name.
"I do hope Lukaku has a very good career."
